What it means

The partnership does not decide the architecture. We choose the model that fits each problem, and the client keeps the code, the documentation and the options.
The OpenAI Partner Network is OpenAI’s programme for organisations that build, sell and deliver AI solutions with OpenAI. Convexify holds the Select Partner tier, the first of the programme’s three tiers (Select, Advanced and Elite). It is a starting point, not the finish line: getting here meant documenting real systems in production and completing OpenAI’s review and technical assessment. How we use it
The same work. A shorter distance to the models.
Our engagements do not start with a vendor. They start with the hard problem, and end with a system the client’s team owns and can keep building. The partnership shortens the distance between that work and the models it often runs on: earlier access, better support, and a team trained on how OpenAI products are deployed inside organisations.
When another provider fits a problem better, we say so and build it that way. Judgement is the service; the model is a component.
How we workQuestions about the partnership
- Is Convexify an OpenAI partner?
- Yes. Convexify is an OpenAI Select Partner in the OpenAI Partner Network (since September 2026). The status brings enablement, early access and support for deployments on OpenAI models.
- Does this mean Convexify only builds on OpenAI?
- No. Convexify remains independent and chooses the model that fits each problem. Some of the systems we run in production use other providers where they fit better.
- Does OpenAI endorse Convexify's client work?
- No. The partnership is a programme membership. Client work is confidential and Convexify does not publish client names unless the client has approved it in writing.
- What did it take to become an OpenAI Select Partner?
- Convexify applied to the OpenAI Partner Network, documented real systems it runs in production, and completed OpenAI's application review and technical assessment during onboarding. Select is the first of the programme's three tiers (Select, Advanced and Elite): a starting point, not the finish line.
- Where can I verify the status?
- The OpenAI Partner Network is described at openai.com/business/partners. Partner Locator listings are reserved for the Advanced and Elite tiers, so Convexify is not listed there at the Select tier.
